pauli reese
pauli reese has worked at the convergence of spirituality, production, storytelling, and the arts for more than 20 years. They hold the Master of Divinity from Berkeley Divinity School at Yale and The Institute for Sacred Music, the Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Still Harbor, the Bachelor of Science in church music and music industry studies from Greenville College, and they studied musicology at Western Illinois University. pauli’s work in music, storytelling, theater, and podcasting has appeared on the internet and across the country, including Yale University, Union Theological Seminary, The Juilliard School, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, The People’s Improv Theater (NYC), The WILMA Theater, Sawubona Creativity Project (Philly) and the Philly Fringe Festival.
pauli was born in Korea and raised in Central Pennsylvania, first joining the cathedral community as a choral scholar. Their patron saint is The Rev. Dr. Pauli Murray. They are an avid runner, hiker, and cyclist, whom you might see pedaling the streets and trails of Philly on a folding bicycle.
