Black Panther Outdoor Movie
Thursday, August 2, 2018
8:15 PM
Grays Ferry Crescent on Schuylkill River

Free

Just a little south of the Schuylkill Banks, the free Thursday night outdoor movie tradition continues at the Grays Ferry Crescent. Hosted by the same organization that puts on the Walnut Street Bridge movies, the Schuylkill River Development Corporation, the nights bring both family-oriented and award-winning films to the majestic Schuylkill River.

About Black Panther: "Black Panther" follows T'Challa who, after the events of "Captain America: Civil War," returns home to the isolated, technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda to take his place as King. However, when an old enemy reappears on the radar, T'Challa's mettle as King and Black Panther is tested when he is drawn into a conflict that puts the entire fate of Wakanda and the world at risk.

Grays Ferry Crescent is on the east (South Philly) side of the Schuylkill by Wharton Street.
