
Portraits of Victims of Gun Violence

This project pairs fine artists with families and friends of victims of gun violence. The artists create portraits using diverse approaches and emphasize the individuality and uniqueness of the victims portrayed. On Sunday, June 26 at 12:30, join us for a panel discussion and reception for the current Souls Shot Portrait Project exhibition. Panelists will include Bryan Miller from Heeding God's Call to End Gun Violence and Maxayn Gooden, Founder/President of Jahworld18 and Women Of Valor74 and mother of Jah'sun Ahmad Patton, whose portrait, by Caroline Stoughton, is in the exhibition. The discussion will follow the weekly 10am-11:30am Eucharist liturgy to which all are welcome as well. Visitors are encouraged to wear masks.
